જીલ્લા કક્ષા માટે રજુઆતમાં જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ
(નમૂનો જોવા માટે વેબસાઈટમાં ડાઉનલોડ માં જવું)
- પ્રોજેક્ટ ફાઈલ
- લોગ બુક (રોજનીશી – ડે to ડે કરેલ કાર્યની રફ નોંધ)
- કવેશ્નારી (જો ઉપયોગ કર્યો હોય તો)
- કેસ રીપોર્ટ કોપીઓ ની ફાઈલ (જો ઉપયોગ કર્યો હોય તો)
- પ્રોજેક્ટ ચાર્ટ – 4 (55 cm x 70 cm (21.6" x 27.5") drawing sheet)
(જો જરૂર જણાય તો ૪-૫ PPT સ્લાઈડ બનાવી શકાય. તેના કોઈ માર્ક નથી. PPT માટે લેપટોપ ની વ્યવસ્થા શાળાએ જ કરવાની રહેશે.)
- જો પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે કોઈ મોડેલ બનાવેલ હોય તો મોડેલ સાથે લાવવાની કોઈ જરૂરિયાત રહેશે નહિ. ફક્ત જરૂરી વિડીયો/ફોટો સાથે લાવવા.
જીલ્લા કક્ષા માટે જરૂરી માર્ગદર્શન
- જીલ્લા કક્ષાએ ભાગ લેવા માટે ગ્રુપ લીડર અને ગ્રુપ મેમ્બર બંને આવી શકશે.
- રજૂઆત ફક્ત ગ્રુપ લીડરે સ્વતંત્ર રીતે જ કરવાની રહેશે. ગ્રુપ મેમ્બર ફક્ત સહાયક ભૂમિકામાં રહેશે.
- રજૂઆત માટે વધુમાં વધુ ૮ (આઠ) મિનીટ આપવામાં આવશે. ત્યાર બાદ જરૂર જણાયે નિર્ણાયકો દ્વારા પ્રશ્નો પૂછવામાં આવશે.
