On the occasion of International Ocean Cleanup Day 2025, Kalyan Regional Community Science Centre (KRCSC), Bhavnagar, will organize a series of awareness and action-based programmes to emphasize the importance of protecting oceans and coasts from pollution. The event will encourage students, volunteers, and citizens to take collective responsibility for a cleaner and healthier marine ecosystem.
Programme Highlights:

Poster & Slogan Competition – Creative competition for students on ocean conservation and plastic-free living.

Beach / Waterfront Cleanup Drive at Koliyak – Practical action to clean and restore the coastal area with active participation of students and volunteers.

Pledge Ceremony – All participants will take an oath to reduce plastic waste and safeguard marine biodiversity.

Skit Play – A short stage performance by students highlighting the threats of marine pollution and the importance of sustainable practices.
